Working in this district
Al Ammariyah sits west of Riyadh past Diriyah, and it is estate country rather than city. Most of what is built here is a retreat, a farmhouse or a weekend property: a large reception majlis, guest rooms, an outdoor kitchen, a pool, and a lot of hard landscaping in between. We have a completed retreat and reception project here, and it is one of the projects shown on this page.
Retreat work has its own priorities. Surfaces get used hard and cleaned often, so the finish has to survive that. Outdoor areas take the full Riyadh summer, so material choice matters more than it does indoors. And the site is outside the city proper, so material runs and trade visits get planned rather than improvised, which is why we run these projects with a fuller crew staying on site for longer stretches.

Questions we get here
Yes. On an Ammariyah retreat the outside is usually the point: shaded seating, an outdoor kitchen, the pool surround and the paving between them. It is priced inside the same scope as the interior rather than handed to someone else.
No. We already have a completed retreat and reception project there. It is further out than our Riyadh villa work, so the programme allows for travel and material runs, and that is stated in the quote rather than discovered halfway through.
