Alya Najd in Laysen Valley, Riyadh
We work out of Laysen Valley in Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi, on the western side of Riyadh. It is where drawings get laid out, material samples get argued over and scope gets agreed, before a single trade reaches your site.
About Laysen Valley
Laysen Valley is a mixed-use development of roughly 74,000 square metres at the meeting of King Khalid Road and Al Uruba Road, built by Tatweer Holdings and largely operational since 2022. Five commercial buildings sit around a landscaped garden, a mosque and a retail level, and more than fifty firms are based here, Servcorp, Roche, BlackRock and Nokia among them.
It was built in the Salmani style, the contemporary reading of Najdi architecture that Riyadh Province has adopted for its civic and commercial work: thick shaded walls, deep reveals, warm limestone tones and courtyards that do real cooling work through a Riyadh summer. That makes it a useful place for a finishing contractor to sit. A client can walk out of our door and see the detailing the style depends on standing up in a finished building, at full size, instead of in a render.
The address also sets our working radius. Hittin, Al Malqa, Al Yasmin, Al Narjis and the Diplomatic Quarter are all short drives from here, which is why most of our villa projects sit in that arc of western and northern Riyadh. It is proximity, not a boundary: we take work across Riyadh and the Central Region.
Coming to see us
Address
Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi, Riyadh 12329, Saudi Arabia. The entrance is off the King Khalid Road and Al Uruba Road junction, a few hundred metres south west of King Khalid Eye Specialist Hospital. The map link in our contact section opens the exact pin.
Opening hours
Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon. Saturday, 11:00 until 5:00. Closed Friday. Outside those hours WhatsApp is the fastest route to us and we answer the same day.
What to bring
Whatever you have. A handed-over shell, a set of drawings, a plot number, or nothing but photos on your phone. Any of those is enough to start a real conversation about scope, sequence and a budget band.
Message first
Send a message or call before you drive over. Fifteen minutes usually settles whether an office meeting or a site visit is the right next step, and it saves you the trip when the answer is that we should meet at your villa instead.

Questions about visiting
In Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi, Riyadh 12329, at the King Khalid Road and Al Uruba Road junction on the western side of the city. Message us before you set off and we will send the pin and tell you which building to head for.
You can, during opening hours, but you may end up waiting. Most of the team is on site during the day. A quick WhatsApp message first means someone who can actually talk about your project is in the office when you arrive.
Yes, there is on-site visitor parking and you will not need to pay for it. The development is built around a central garden with the commercial buildings on its edges, so it is a short walk from the car in any case.
No. The office is in Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi, and most of our villa work happens in Hittin, Al Malqa, Al Yasmin, Al Narjis and the Diplomatic Quarter because they are close by. We work across Riyadh and the Central Region, and the office is where we meet, not the limit of where we build.
