What the scope covers
The unit
Cabinetry sized to the room rather than to a standard width, wall-hung or floor-standing, with the drainage planned around the drawer layout instead of cutting through it.
Stone and basin
Marble, granite, quartz or sintered stone tops with an under-mounted, vessel or integrated basin, and edge profiles chosen to suit the room rather than the offcut.
Mirror and lighting
A mirror made to the unit, with integrated or flanking light placed for how a face is actually lit rather than a single downlight from above.
Storage and finish
Interior fit-out, soft-close hardware rated for a wet room, and a finish specified for humidity rather than borrowed from a bedroom.
How we do it
A guest bathroom is the smallest room in a Riyadh house and the one guests look at most closely, which makes it the space where made-to-measure pays back fastest. A standard vanity in a non-standard room leaves an awkward gap at one end, sits at a height chosen for someone else, and wastes the run behind the basin where the plumbing lives. Built for the room, the same footprint gains usable drawers and stops looking like a unit that happened to fit.
The technical difference is entirely about water. A bathroom cycles humidity every day, so we use moisture-resistant substrates, seal every cut edge rather than only the visible ones, and specify hardware that will not corrode in a year. Where a top meets the wall we detail how it drains, so water runs to where it should instead of sitting in a joint. It is the part of the unit nobody looks at and the reason a vanity still looks new in five years.
What moves the price
Every project is quoted on its own drawings and site. These are the factors that actually change the number, so you can see where your budget goes before you ask for a figure.

- 02The stone: engineered quartz and sintered stone sit below most natural marbles, and a book-matched slab is its own decision.

Before you commit
Yes, and if the slab is already on site we work from that slab rather than from a sample, which matters with natural stone because veining varies between slabs of the same name. If it has not been bought yet we will show you full slabs, not 100mm samples.
Yes. Our own plumbing team handles the connection, and where the vanity is part of a wider project we coordinate the drainage position before first fix so the waste does not end up crossing a drawer.
A whole house is normal work for us, and doing them together is usually cheaper per unit and gives a more coherent result, because the stone is cut from the same batch and the finishes are sprayed together.
