How we do it
A fitted wardrobe and a bought one differ in one measurable way: what happens at the edges. A catalogue unit comes in fixed widths, so the run ends in a filler panel, and it comes in a fixed height, so there is a dust shelf above it. Made to measure means the run reaches the ceiling and the walls at both ends, which is both why the room looks finished and why the storage is meaningfully larger. In a typical villa bedroom the difference is close to a third more usable space.
We survey after the walls have their final plaster, not before, because a wall moves a few millimetres between block, render and skim and a wardrobe scribed to the wrong one leaves a tapering gap. Boards are cut, edged, sprayed and assembled in the workshop where dust and humidity are controlled, then delivered and fitted by the same team. Hardware is specified as a real decision: hinges and runners are the parts you touch every day and the first to fail on a cheap unit.
What moves the price
Every project is quoted on its own drawings and site. These are the factors that actually change the number, so you can see where your budget goes before you ask for a figure.
- 01Linear metres and height, since a full-height run costs more than a standard-height one but stores far more.
- 02Material and finish: melamine, veneer, sprayed lacquer and solid timber sit at quite different levels.
- 03Hardware, especially soft-close, lift systems and internal lighting.
- 04How much internal fit-out there is: drawers, dividers and pull-outs cost more than open shelves.

Before you commit
Yes. Joinery, carpentry, spraying and finishing happen in our own Riyadh facilities and are fitted by our own team. That is the reason we can guarantee the result rather than pass a complaint along to a supplier.
Typically four to eight weeks from final survey to installation, depending on the size of the order and the finish. Sprayed lacquer takes longer than melamine because of the curing time between coats. The survey can only happen once the walls have their final plaster, so joinery lead time is usually what sets the end of a project and is worth starting early.
Yes, we take standalone joinery work. We need access to survey after final plaster, and coordination with whoever is doing the electrical if there is integrated lighting or any appliance in the run.
